Loan planning and credit optimizing tools
When you use our loan planning tools we collect information including email address, loan amount, interest rate, and payment terms. We use this information to provide you email communications that you have requested for rate alerts, mortgage e-mail alert, or newsletters.
Contacting GO Financial Solutions
When you contact us by phone, email or choose to participate in an instant chat session with a GO Financial Solutions Product Consultant, we collect your name, email address, and telephone number. We only use personal information we collect to respond to and/or resolve your question or concern.
Storage of Information
Federal and state agencies require that Go Financial Solutions provide aggregated demographic and loan funding information about our loan applicants. We maintain electronic copy loan application information for funded/closed/withdrawn loans for a period of 7 years in accordance with federal and state laws.
